Beginning in our organic fields, we take our wheat to a certified mill to be professionally milled and bagged. This flour is milled with a vertical impact mill that maintains a very low temperature which preserves the nutrients, as well as maintain shelf life up to one year!

Pearled Wheat Flour is made by pearling off part of the bran layers of the hard red wheat kernel and milling to a fine consistency. This leaves the nutritious germ intact. It proofs quickly and is best for bread/dough!
